ONE PIECE: Grand Gourmet

One Piece: Grand Gourmet would be a cooking and restaurant management game set in the One Piece world, built around Sanji's dream of finding the All Blue and feeding everyone who walks through the door. You'd run a floating restaurant—probably the Baratie or a ship of your own—and serve pirates, Marines, and assorted weirdos from across the Grand Line. The whole appeal is that the sea is full of impossible ingredients, and your job is to turn them into dishes worth fighting over.

The core loop is gathering, cooking, and serving. You'd sail to different islands to hunt, fish, and forage for ingredients, each with its own ecosystem and dangers. Sea kings, giant fruit, bizarre fish, and whatever else the Grand Line throws at you. Back at the restaurant, you'd prep dishes through a cooking minigame that rewards timing and technique, then manage the dinner rush as customers pile in with orders, complaints, and the occasional brawl.

Progression would come from reputation and recipes. Better dishes attract richer and stranger clientele, unlock new islands, and earn you upgrades for your kitchen and crew. You'd recruit characters from the series—Luffy eating you out of house and home, Nami haggling over prices, Chopper handling the health code violations—and each one would bring a skill that changes how your restaurant runs.

There'd probably be a story mode too, with Sanji chasing rumors of the All Blue while rival chefs and pirate crews try to shut him down. Boss fights would be cooking battles rather than punch-ups, judged by taste, presentation, and showmanship. It's a niche concept, but One Piece is exactly the kind of franchise where a cooking game makes sense. If it exists, this is roughly what it would look like.
